# Risks

Understand the assets, structure and route to liquidity before investing.

## Credit and counterparty risk

Issuers, sovereigns, counterparties or servicing providers may default, delay payments or fail to perform obligations. Tokenization does not remove these risks. Emerging-market bonds generally involve greater relative credit and country risk than U.S. Treasuries. Lower relative credit risk does not mean risk-free.

## Interest-rate and market risk

Fixed-income values can fall when interest rates or credit spreads rise. Duration influences sensitivity to rate changes. Emerging-market exposure may add currency, political, sovereign and settlement risks. Portfolio duration and concentration limits are pending disclosure.

## Liquidity risk

Underlying instruments may be difficult to sell or redeem. Token transfers do not ensure access to cash. Dealing windows, market conditions, issuer restrictions and settlement arrangements can delay pool redemptions or result in losses.

## Tokenization, blockchain and smart contracts

Smart contract vulnerabilities, network disruption, bridge failures, key compromise and token transfer restrictions may affect operations or investor rights. On-chain records do not replace underlying legal documents, custody arrangements or enforceable claims.

## Custody, legal and operational risk

Custody failures, servicing errors, valuation uncertainty, conflicts of interest and changes in law can affect investments. The legal vehicle, custodian, auditor, service providers, governance and reporting arrangements remain pending disclosure. No license, audit, capital guarantee or third-party endorsement is claimed.
